My Samsung Z Flip3 has had increasing screen problems. This morning the main screen itself finally stopped working. I am trying to book a phone repair on the mobile.virginmedia website but after filling in the check list for self help and being prompted that I need to send my phone off for repair, the screen just takes me back to view my mobile plan with no obvious way of booking the repair.
Please help as I cannot use my mobile in its current state and cannot seem to find a way to send it off for repair.
