Can’t access account Statistics

I’ve have had my Virgin Sim in an iPhone 5, 6 and X. I haven’t been able to access usage statistics for years. When I try to verify my mobile number after turning WiFi I get a failure message suggesting I try again when mobile reception is better. Has anyone been able to solve this?

Sorry to hear of this issue you're having. When you go into the data tab on your phone, is this what you're relating to?

it’s when I try to use the Virgin mobile iPhone app to track data usage.
