Can’t Connect to 4G

Hi,

I can't connect to 4G. I've put in the various APN settings but no luck.  I've switched my SIM card with another and get 4G straight away (O2 SIM card).

When I try to connect to the 4G network it tells me it isn't available.  I checked the network and it says I'm covered by 4G.  My preferred network is "LTE".

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Is it my plan or something?

You need to check that your plan is 4g. If you log in to your online Account it will show your plan just under your phone number. If you do have a 4g plan text ALL to 789922
