Out of the blue when I call my partner it says "you've dialled an incorrect number"
Nothing has change, wifi calls are off, neither phone has blocked the each other!

Good day to you like yourself I'm getting this with a few contacts on different networks.
There seems a issue once again this past 2 weeks.
Also the other thing you may or may not experience is drop calls or one or the other not hearing the person their talking to.
This has been happening the past 3 years on and off with the networks some more than others but Virgin seems the worst.

Sorry to hear this has occurred, have you tried deleting then manually dialling the number?

There was a network fault yesterday. Things seem to be slowly returning to normal.

This problem rectified itself 24 hours later. Virgin had no idea what was happening a d couldn't fix it. I find it very worrying that they could not fix this problem
