Calls and Data not working

Hi, 

As of this morning, I am unable to make any calls, even to 150, I just get the message "calls to this number are barred from your phone". The mobile data network is also not activating.

I'm using an iPhone 12 mini with Virgin Mobile on eSim. 

I've tried all the regular tips: 

  • Restarted device
  • disabled and re-enabled airplane mode
  • disabled and re-enabled mobile data network
  • disabled the physical sim data network

Is there any web chat functionality available on the Virgin Mobile site? I can't find any links.

Apologies for the issues faced with the SIM.

Can I ask was the SIM card attached to any Virgin Media package at all?

Also has this happened in the past at all?

Yes, the sim is attached to a virgin media package.

This is the first time I've experienced the issue.
