Call waiting

Hi, 

I recently joined virgin mobile and do not get call waiting notifications anymore, I have never ever had this issue until using a virgin sim. I have noticed that some other people have also experienced the same problem. Is there anyone who can advise me how to resolve this frustrating problem please?  Thanks in advance.

Hello

Can you please do the following

Call waiting is brilliant to have – and easy to activate. Just type *43# and hit the call button. To de-activate, dial #43#.

Thanks for your reply. I have done what you said and still nothing. I has to be the sim as I have never had this problem with any other network .

This is a long standing problem that pops up from time to time on this forum. It always ends in Virgin having to do something on their system.

It may sound a bit simple but we're aware that sometimes switching it off then on resolves this.

Hi to everyone who has offered advice with the problem I had.

 

And a big thankyou to Emma_C from Virgin who resolved the problem by doing a reset on my sim.

She also kindly resolved the same problem with my husband's sim.
