Can't set call waiting on my phone just goes straight to voicemail tried changing it in settings but just gives a network error or says not allowed

Get help from our mobile team on +44753 301 6422 and we just need to confirm some details first.
This is a problem the purple SIM's have since they we're issued and has needed sorting for most of us who have them.
A quick reset of something your end sorts it, ringing support does not help as they do not have access to what ever needs to be reset 🙂
