Call waiting inactive

Can a forum admin contact me about switching off "forward when busy" on my voicemail at Virgin mobile's end? I can't do it on my phone and it needs disabling to allow call waiting

With Virgin's voicemail, it's on or off, there is no selectable options in-between by us or Virgin's end.

The call waiting is a different issue the new purple SIM's have, this can be very easily/quickly fixed by one of the Forum Team here (a few days wait), or texting CS on 07533016422, also you can try ringing 789 - but it will be luck if you get an advisor clued up enough to know what you need done 😞

Thanks for your reply. I've tried CS on both the numbers you suggest but no luck. I'll wait for a Forum team member to contact me.

Thank you. I used the chat option and the call waiting feature has now been switched on. I have to allow 24 hours for it to become active.

It's usually effective very quick, maybe try and give your phone a restart.
