After joining virgin I gave noticed the call waiting/hold function cannot be switched on.
After much research and many phone calls , the only solution seems to be from Virgin's end, but I cant get to speak to someone who can solve this.
Anyone else had this problem ?

The call centres are not helpful called them several times....they dont have any idea what I am talking about.
My iphone will not let me use call-waiting and I must get Virgin to switch it on , but they cant understand when I call, so what else
can I do but post here and wait for a response...?
One of the Forum Team should be along, but can take a few days :-(
It's a quick flip of a switch/reset or something they have to do and you need to restart phone after they have done it.
Ringing CS (789) is not usually fruitful on this, as it's not listed in their script 😡
