Call logs

I need to get a record of phone calls to a company help line. I've tried through my account to download the logs but failed my skill level is a bit short on tech stuff any advice

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

I'm sorry you're having some trouble finding your call logs.

If you sign into your online account here once signed in head to "My Bills" on the right hand side.

If you then head to usage charges it will list calls here, if they are however included within your call plan these would not show.
