Been trying to get someone at Virgin to activate my call waiting for me. Just logged onto here to post and the irony of seeing the following message at the top of this page! Msg says

Well I've tired this, got through security, was told to wait a moment... That was over 3 hours ago. Are there any Virgin people on here that could help with my request please as I seem to be getting nowhere.
