Broke SIM, need new SIM

Hi

I have broken my SIM and need a new SIM.

I appreciate that there is a call centre, but I just tried calling from a friend's phone and could not get through for 17 minutes.  As I understand it costs 30p a minute by calling from their mobile (which is not a Virgin mobile), I could not spend more time on their phone.

Can I order a new SIM online?  I have tried to register for a Virgin online account, but when I tried to  register it said it would send my phone a text to complete registration (but as my SIM is broken I cannot receive the text).

Welcome to our forums and thank you for getting in touch. I'm sorry that you've broken your SIM and have had difficulty getting through to replace this.
