Big bill

Hi. I have just seen my last bill is much larger than normal. Near enough once every day in June I have a £3 charge for internet use. How can I speak to someone about this please? I just need it explaining. Many thanks.

£3 per Day would be the daily charge once you have used up all your data allowance.

I suspect that's what it is.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to our Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've had an unexpected high bill. As mentioned by @enlli, these £3 charges are normally incurred when you have used internet that is outside of your standard data allowance, or has hit our fair use limit.
