Betting App won’t open on 4G

I am completely unable to open any betting app on my iPhone X when using mobile data. They open absolutely fine on WiFi but as soon as I attempt mobile data they don’t open. Even if I have full 4G and full bars and everything else opens and functions as normal. Any ideas??

You need to go into your online account and set Parental Controls to off. 

Then reboot the phone to finish

Thanks for the quick response. I have gone to the online version of the app and looked for parental controls but could not find anything. It is the William Hill site.
