Just got an email from virgin mobile I traded my old phone in & got a new iPhone they have offered me an extra £100 for taking a new phone for virgin sent me a promo code how do you claim this when virgin have already got my old phone. Thanks

To confirm when you sent in the old handset was this on agreement of the £100? Or were you sent the offer after this was sent in?
