You should be able to find your Area Reference number at the top of your bills and at the top of your Welcome email. I can see that you've posted on our Virgin Mobile thread. You can take a look at how to register for your online Mobile account on our website.
You only need an area reference to register for a Media account. 🙂 Let us know how you get on and if you need any further help or asssitance.
