Hi I’m from the uk in Portugal. 
my answerphone is asking for a pin I don’t have?

Hi Neil, welcome to the community! Thank you for posting. 

Sorry to hear you are having issues with accessing your Voicemail whilst in Portugal. 

If you have never set up an answer phone Pin it will be the default pin. 

Here are instructions for how to set up a Voicemail pin:

  • Hold down 1 for voicemail or dial 222 on your mobile.
  • Choose option 3: Settings & Features.
  • Follow the instructions to create a 4 to 10 digit PIN. You'll use this to access your voicemail, even from another phone.

If you need us to reset the pin for you just let us know and we will send you a PM to confirm a few account details and get this sorted for you.

I’m in Portugal and I have a voicemail to listen to but it’s asking for a pin?

I haven’t set one up previously and don’t know the default pin.

We can certainly get this reset but I will need to confirm some information with you as well as pass data protection.
