Another data roaming issue..

Hi like many others I am having an issue with Data Roaming.

I'm currently in France with no access to mobile data.

Roaming is enabled on both my account and on my 'phone handset and the handset's APN settings appear correct. I have the ability to use calls and texts but no mobile Internet /data.

Please let me know how to address this issue so I cannot use the service as intended and will be looking at other providers on my return to the UK.
