Since Virgin gave 5GB data to recompense for outages, when I log into my account, the data, calls and texts are all at zero and a flag saying I am out of data and will be charged. I daren't use the phone in case I get stuck with silly charges and have to fight to get the money back.
The same here - both my mobile accounts are showing no data and it says I will be charged £3 per day? What's going on? They look like they have added 5 gb of data to use for today, but it's still showing no data, calls and text. My son is abroad with his phone at the moment, which is one of the contracts so it's a bit worrying.
