Hi, can anyone tell me why the 2 Virgin handsets that I have in my household are constantly receiving alerts every 10-15 seconds stating - NO MOBILE DATA SERVICE TEMPORARILY TURNED OFF BY YOUR OPERATOR FOR SIM 1. The handsets are both working OK. I have tried restarting and rebooting etc, no good. Spent the whole morning online and on the phone to Virgin concerning this and no one can help me!!! What on earth is going on Virgin? The constant alerts are driving us all crazy!
