How do I remove the age restriction on my internet search on 4G

Hi janebelmer,

Log into your online account.https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login 

In the right hand column under Help Click on "Change my parental controls settings"

On the next page click the radio button to off.

Reboot the phone for it to take effect
