Activating New Volt/O2 Account

I don't think I can get help via this forum but I'm just checking. I moved onto Volt/O2 sim last week, phone is working ok but it is impossible for me to register/sign in to my account on the O2 website.

I've spent hours on phone and chat to O2 but got nowhere. I'm assuming it's only O2 who can help with this?.

Pretty sure it is. The help and accounts side of things has not been integrated as yet.
