Hi, I need help activating my replacement sim. I recieved it a few weeks ago and followed the instructions (which I've now lost) but couldn't get it to work, but no I'm trying again, please could you help me with this? Dean

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!
