Hi,
Ordered a 30 day VM sim for my daughter as it offers more data than her current sim offer.
Went for the 30day so she can try and not tied down if it's not as expected when her current one ends.
Sim arrived today, followed by a bill, but the sims not in use.
Shouldnt the 30 day period start when we register and activate the new sim?
Bit worried we'll be paying for 2mths use when we only intended to start one when the other ended.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your the sim card billing. We shouldn't be charging for the sim in advance, have you spoken to the mobile team to get this looked into further?
