Account suspended

Hi

My account was suspended on Sunday or Monday, i believe for overuse over xmas, and I have been trying to get it unsuspended. I called up and was told they were sending a form to the back office to have it unsuspended which would happen within 24 hours, but it did not, and then when i checked this the following day on text support, they also said they were submitting a form, and also provided a case number this time, of 103094150.

If i log into my account on the web, it tells me to call up to talk about my account which leads me to believe it hasn't been unsuspended yet.

Please could you follow up on the case for me and let me know when the account will be active again?
