Accessing voicemail whilst abroad

Hi

A family member is trying access their voicemail whilst overseas (in EU), we did not realise that you needed to set one up before they left the uk

is there a way for them to set the PIN up whilst overseas or for someone to provide them with a temporary PIN so they can reset and then access their messages

Sorry to hear of the issues with accessing voicemail whilst abroad.

Are you the account holder of the mobile phone contract in place for the services your family member is using?

We can issue out a new PIN via text message to a customer, but this is an account holder only action.
