Accessing my voicemail from France

I need to access my voicemail but never set up a pin while I was in the UK. Please could someone advise me on what I need to do.

Thanks for confirming your details Trad3756, I have now requested the pin be reset and you will receive your new voicemail via text message within the next 20 to 30 mins.
