Accessing my account

I am no longer able to access my online accounts. I updated my email while changing my tariff -I can no longer access my mobile or media accounts - neither old or new emails recognised. Help required

Hi there @Sue671

thanks for your post. I'm sorry to see you are unable to access your online accounts. 

If you have changed your email address then this will be the reason why you are unable to access as you would've set them up with the one email.

I'm going to send you a pm so these can be reset for you.
