Abroad and locked out of voicemail

Hi, I'm currently abroad and will not be returning to UK for sometime. My voicemail requires a pin and I have no idea what it is. Please can I have some help with this? Thanks, Helen.

Hi Helen,

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with your Voicemail PIN. When leaving the UK Mobile Network, your Voicemail will require a PIN to access any new/stored Voicemails for your own security.

The default is usually 7890, but this may not work as you are no longer in the UK. I'm going to drop you a private message so I can get this resolved for you.

Please look out for it in the top-right, purple envelope.
