Abroad and locked out of voicemail

I’ve received an important call and wasn’t able to answer in time, they have left a voicemail but when I go to listen to it, it requests a pin. I do t remember ever setting one and at the r trying all the ones it might have been I am now locked out of my voicemail. 
I called 789 but by the looks of it they don’t do abroad anymore as I got a repeat of a sentence in French and then it hung up. 
I’m away for another week and need to listen to the voicemail asap. 
what are my options?

I'm sorry to hear your Voicemail has been locked, and you're not sure of the PIN. When going abroad, the Voicemail Service automatically applies a PIN Code to prevent unauthorised access to your personal inbox.
