4g and data

Recently updated my phone but still using old sim card, should have 4g and 15gb data but only shows 2/3g and 2gb data, paying for the upgrade but don't appear to be receiving it, any suggestions

Appreciate the response @joe1965 on the forums. 😇

Is this 2gb a limit you have on the phone setting itself? E.g. have you set a limit on the phone to only allow 2gb data to be used because this is a possibility.
Are you able to send a screenshot?
Try to avoid posting any personal information.

Are you able to look at our coverage checker here please? What does the checker advise? As for the data usage tab, this isn't always correct - if you check your MyVM Mobile app this will show the correct data you have.

How long ago did you make these changes and agree to the upgrade @joe1965

In January,  had to keep the old contract till 23rd then it upgraded to new contract,  I have followed a few things I found online and it is now showing as 4g and I can now make and receive calls so hopefully all is OK
