4g and data

Recently updated my phone but still using old sim card, should have 4g and 15gb data but only shows 2/3g and 2gb data, paying for the upgrade but don't appear to be receiving it, any suggestions

Old tariff showing on phone settings, new tariff showing when I log in to my account and being charged for new tariff

I upgraded in January but still had a while left on my old tariff,  this should have upgraded from February 23rd 

Could you confirm which handset you have and if it is 4G capable?

It's a samsung galaxy a40 and it says it is 4g

Sorry it's a Samsung a04s but still says 4g

I you sign in to your Virgin Mobile account here what tariff does it show?

4g not working,  can only receive calls on 3g/2g, in my mobile account it says 25 gb data but on my phone settings it only days 2gb
