I want a credit for these poor speeds as I have plenty of evidence that the slow speeds are widespread it also happens in Maidstone where I now live. As soon as I come into central London the speeds go below 1mb which makes it unusable.
Whilst I appreciate your engineers need data points, there have been now 3 months worth of data given from various people.
I would like to know if anyone from VM engineering has taken the simple step of going to the areas which are reporting the issues. As its London and Birmingham it would seem simple to do and as I and others have shown this is easily recreatable the common factor is location and time.
3 months plus for me with this issue and VM are currently heavily marketing a service which has not been delivered in the capital.
