4G gone to H+ in past week, why? (Cardiff area)

Internet gone slow in many areas of Cardiff, used to get a strong and fast 4G signal all the time, could this be a SIM fault?

I am really sorry to hear that you have had this issue with your mobile signal. 

Are you able to let me know if you have this issues wherever you go or is it just in one specific location?
