I want to change or cancel my 30 day contract as I have moved overseas. However I am unable to call the helpline from overseas.
Can I do this by email?
Ok let me reframe that. I don’t particularly want to spend an entire year’s fees waiting for someone to answer.

Unfortunately the only way we usually accept cancellation notice is over the phone. This isn't something we usually do, however I am going to send you a PM so we can discuss this in further detail and process your request for you.
