My 12 month contract is ending soon (over 30 days) and do not wish to renew.
Do I have to give 30 days notice to inform VM that I want all services cancelled so that I don't end up in a rolling month contract?
I am looking to do this in writing by sending a letter.
Does it matter if they receive the letter with more than 30 days notice telling VM that I am cancelling and that I would like this to happen at the end of my contract?

Sorry to hear that you don't wish to renew your mobile account, we'd be sad to see you go.
If that's the case then we would need 30 days notice as a minimum, we'd then confirm when the account would be closed and create a final bill.
This can be done by letter if you wish but please advise it can take longer to action, if you'd like you can pop me a personal message and I'll be able to take your notice from here.
