We HAVE to vacate our house for a month whilst the council rewire it and install a new boiler, I wanted to suspend my package for JUST the month but Virgin say they cannot do that, I know from my neighbour that Sky suspended her package for a month so why not Virgin who we have been with for 15 years.???
I then rang back and asked if the landline account could be suspended which would save me £19? No it cannot its all part of the package???
Does anyone have the same experience with Virgin? or know anyone who has had the suspension.
We have this query time and time again on the Forum. VM do not do business this way. And your length of time with them is entirely irrelevant. Just think of your temporary absence as a holiday. You'd not ask for a suspension if you went on along trip - or perhaps you would?
