problem with tv pixellation, despite remote signal reset by 151 tech support team, problem getting worse please advise
suspect it's the tivo box - it's well ventilated think need a new one
am on this forum following an unsuccessful 151 call earlier this evening, after 19 minutes queueing for an advisor on final connection was immediately cut off when put through!!! No call back either, shocker!!
This would require a call into the call centre. The box definitely needs to be looked at by the sounds of things. We'll attempt to fix this on the call but if not, we'll issue you with a brand new set top box.
