tv go

keeps saying have reached my maxium number of devices using tv go, phone works but laptop not

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - I was sorry to understand that you are having some issues with the TVGO app at the moment. 

 

When you sign in online here: virgintvgo.virginmedia.com are you able to check what devices you have registered? You can also change them if you are authorised (You have 2 changes per calander month)

yes able to check and still the same devices, phone which works fine and also sky cinema, computer will not work says i have reached my max of devices and will not let me, strange thou sky cinema does work but not ordinary channels to veiw tv, have phone up numerous times to virgin help but still not working as it should

I am sorry to hear that is the case,

 

What have our team done to try to help you with this issue when you've called in? Have they reset the registered devices for you?
