MY TIVO BOX WONT START UP, KEEPS TRYING TO BOOT UP AND THERE IS A CLICKING NOISE COMING FROM IT EVERY TIME. ITS ALL CONNECTED PROPERLY. WAS WORKING FINE LAST NIGHT BEFORE I WENT TO BED. TURNED IT ON TODAY AND THIS HAS HAPPENED. WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT, CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE.
You are going to need a replacement box from what you have described the hard drive inside has failed, you will loose any of your recording when the engineer replaces the box you can either call 150 or wait for a VM staff member to pick this up.
