For about a week now my telephone line has not been working.
I'm checking the status and it keeps saying that you are aware of a problem and the engineer is working on it and that the service will resume the following day.but it has not yet resumed.
so i have been without a land line for about a week.
So Virgin when will the engineer complete the task?

You seem to have posted in the TV board which is why its taken us a little longer to get back to you.
I have checked your line and I can see that this fault is still ongoing at the moment but it should be resolved today.
