tablet

hi 

I got my free tablet in august, my daughter uses it but not much. it has never charged properly and hasnt been used in a while. i took it out yesterday to use and the charge will not go past 6%. what can i do to get replaced.

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - sorry to understand that you're having some issues with the charging of your Telly Tab. 

 

You can find additional help and support for the TellyTablet here:

If that does not fix the issue, you can contact Exertis directly who handle our TellyTablet faults. You can call them directly on 01282858460 or pop them an email at viginsupport@exertis.co.uk
