Hi My tv box keeps rebooting I have phoned support on 1908 and have been waiting an hour so far I have also been on the message us still waiting for help are there no support staff at vigin any more they are quick to take your money but do not give service how can i get support

What do you mean by "phoned support on 1908"?
VM staff pick up posts on this board, but it's not a real-time facility and can take a day or so.

I am in Ireland and the support number to call is 1908 that is the phone number I called and I was on hold for over an hour before I hung up I am currently waiting for a reply from message us which I started at 9:30 then accidently disconnected and placed a new message at 10 58

thanks for the link but where do i find a forum like this as it only takes me to the main virgin site can you tell me how to get in contact with support in Ireland as i cant find an answer to that

A quick Google for "contact Virgin Media Ireland" returns https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/
I don't know whether VM Ireland have a forum, I've a feeling they don't - but you'd have to ask them.

They did have a section on Boards.ie, but it is no longer active.
