Hi There

My tivo box is playing up and tech support say it needs replacing, will it be a like for like Tivo box or are virgin replacing with V6 now?

You can ask for a V6 - it can't hurt, and the most VM can say is no. You do need to have VM broadband to be eligible for a V6.

But you can only expect a like-for-like - i.e. TiVo.
