yesterday I phoned virgin asking for my package to be reduced because I am paying around £72 for lots of channels I don't want to watch. I asked the lady I spoke to if my package could be reduced but she didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and she spoke so quickly that I had difficulty understanding her. After a long and difficult call I gathered that my package could be reduced by £3.00 but there was no indication of what channels would be in the new package. Perhaps it would help if virgin staff would explain the different packages and what they are and also listen to what customers are asking for. Surely long serving customers deserve some loyalty.

Look at the different packages yourself and tell them what you want. All the information you need is in the links below.
