We got a new box a while back, moving from the legacy box.
We are now in the state of having half a season (walking dead) recorded on our tivo but missing the first half that was recorded on legacy box.
We finally relented and purchased full season through the VM store (another seperate login, will we ever see also on VM?!).
Now I can't get it to play.
Some routes through the VM TV box lead me to apparently starting an episode, but it just sits there with the title of the episode and the back/forward/pause controls. No content.
Some routes through the TV box seem to want me to buy again, despite payment being successful (visible in my banking).
What am I doing wrong? Or is this "just" another example of VM standard of service?!

Just tried playing (via VM store app) on tablet, that seemed to start ok.
So presumably something about the VM TV box....

Hard reboot of the VM TV box seems to have sorted it.
