Tell them you want an engineer visit to fix your issues.

Re: picture pixilation and loss of wifi

Every summer it is the same.  I can bet my money that from May 1st until the end of September my picture quality on Tivo will be poor. The hot weather always brings this.  A total disgrace!  Thank heavens I have Freesat to watch a decent picture.  How can Freesat provide an excellent television signal and Virgin Media provide a terrible picture signal?

Re: picture pixilation and loss of wifi

Please can someone explain to me why my Freesat box only ever pixelates when it is very bad weather. 98% of the time, every channel is perfect.  However, cable television, who boasts that their signal is never affected by the weather, pixels in the hot weather every summer.  I can literally predict when it will happen. From the end of September until early May it is usually fine, but when the hot weather arrives, boy it goes.

Disgraceful quality, and I am seriously considering dumping Tivo, and just keep the broadband.

Re: picture pixilation and loss of wifi

Hi JKDerry85,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing pixelation issues.

Are you still experiencing pixelation issues?

Are all channels affected or some? And are both your HD and SD channels being affected?

Thanks,

Lisa

Re: picture pixilation and loss of wifi

I have not had a picture since this time last week. It’s freezing, black screen and pixilating all the time. Unable to watch any channel. This is also affecting my WIFI. I’m in E4. Anyone else have s major problem. The robots on the end of the phone have no clue. I have rang them everyday to be told “ next day “.

I’m at my wits end.
