Hi I'm enquiring into not having received any paper bills or emails since ive signed up to your service (january). Payments have been taken from my account but I'd like to set up my online account to view my bills but I don't know my account number since I never received a welcome letter or a bill from virgin.

Very sorry to hear you aren't receiving your bills or able to access your online account.
