Since signing up to virgin i have never ever had full internet service the cables are on next doors fence . Even so i tried to pay my bill a few times and was told that id paid someone else's account i was refunded twice . then told my phone number was connected to my address so i paid again then was cut off now they cant find it but its on my bank statement. Only a few weeks ago they sent an engineer to fix my internet problem . This has been going on since June .... Please help
I can only try and help with the internet side of the issue, since the engineer visited how has your connection been? Are you getting poor speeds/disconnections? How are you connected wireless or wired?
