I have two TiVo boxes. One of them has decided not to show any BBC channels. Tried resetting, etc but no joy. Help…

It's odd for any channels to drop off "randomly" without there being some change to trigger it. Are you getting any error messages/codes on-screen?

Are these channels showing grey in your EPG (TV Guide) and you can't select them? Or are they white but giving an error code.

If the first option.. follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

If the latter option... what's the error code/message?

Hi ismr69

Thanks for posting.

My apologies for the TV issue. I've ran a system check and no issues are showing.

Are the channels back since your post? If not, please can you expand further, what is showing instead? Are there any error messages?

Best,

No error codes, not greyed out, simply not there either when you physically type the channel number or look in the guide.

Bizarrely everything works fine on the other box.

Did you try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels?

And have you tried restarting your box via Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart?

Also have you tried swapping the boxes around to see if the fault follows the box?

Hi ismr69,

Thank you for your post. We're very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the BBC channels.

Have you been able to try the suggestions provided by japitts & newapollo?

Can you also confirm if this is affecting both the HD & SD channels?
